Here are some of our frequently asked questions...

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the following delivery zones:

• Zone 1: Te Aro, Wellington CBD.
• Zone 2: Aro Valley, Berhampore, Brooklyn, Hataitai, Houghton Bay, Island Bay, Kelburn, Kilbirnie, Kingston, Lyall Bay, Mt Cook, Mt Vic, Miramar, Maupuia, Melrose, Mornington, Newtown, Oriental Bay, Rongotai, Seatoun, Southgate, Strathmore, Thorndon, Vogeltown.
• Zone 3: Crofton Downs, Karori, Mornington, Northland, Ngaio Owhiro Bay, Wadestown, Wilton, Vogeltown.

How does order timing work?

Orders placed before 5pm on Wednesday will be delivered to every Wellington area on Friday. Any orders received after this will be delivered the following Friday.

Do you have Gluten Free items?

Some of our items are Gluten Free or have the option of being Gluten Free. While we do take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, we do prepare these items in a kitchen where gluten is present.

Do you ship any of your items outside of Wellington?

Sadly, not yet!  

Do you have a retail location where I can pick up my items?

We work from a commercial kitchen and do not have pick up or retail capabilities at this time.  

Can I pay by bank deposit?

Yes, if you choose bank deposit as your payment option please note that your payment must be received in order for us to deliver your baked goods.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! If there's a flavour you've been dreaming of but don't see it on the website please get in touch and we will see what we can work out!

Do you sell Wholesale?

If you are interested in purchasing wholesale items, please get in touch!

Can we collaborate?

We'd love to!  Collaborating with other businesses is something we love and do frequently.  Some of our past collaborators include Wooden Spoon Boutique Freezery, Garage Project, Eat and Greet, The Ramen Shop, and Lit Crawl.
